At 8 Pro Inspection LLC, our mission is to improve the safety, functionality, and comfort of every home we inspect. With over 15 years of hands-on experience in home remodeling and intensive training in all structural and mechanical systems, we bring a deep, practical understanding of how homes are built—and how they should perform.

Since launching our business three years ago, we’ve completed more than 3,000 inspections. This experience, combined with ongoing professional training, has helped us sharpen our focus on what truly matters to our clients—including both homeowners and insurance companies. As a result, we’ve continually refined our inspection methods and reporting style to deliver clear, accurate, and relevant information.
